SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every order leaves our Hanoi atelier in a rigid presentation box, packed by hand. It is heavier and bulkier than a flat mailer, and it costs considerably more to send. We could ship in a mailer for a fraction of the price. We don't.

What you pay at checkout is a contribution toward that cost, not the full rate.

Asia — real cost around USD 50. You pay USD 20.
Oceania & Middle East — real cost around USD 60. You pay USD 25.
Europe & North America — real cost USD 120 to 150. You pay USD 50.
Rest of the world — real cost USD 120 to 150. You pay USD 60.
Any order over USD 500 — free, anywhere in the world.
Within Vietnam — free on every order, no minimum.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times in business days after dispatch: Vietnam 2 to 4. Southeast Asia 5 to 8. East Asia 5 to 10. North America, Europe and the UK 7 to 14. Rest of world 10 to 21.

International orders ship fully tracked via UPS, DHL or FedEx. Customs clearance may occasionally extend delivery beyond these estimates.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Product prices shown on our site include tax. Shipping and any import duty are calculated separately at checkout, according to the rules of the destination country, so the amount you confirm at checkout is the amount you pay us.

Import rules differ from country to country and can change. In the rare event a carrier requests an additional customs charge when your parcel arrives, please keep the receipt and contact us at vuanhtu@aucouture.vn. We will reimburse it promptly.
