Sizing & Fit

How do I choose my size?

Each product page lists its measurements, and our Size Guide includes a full bust–waist–hip chart plus how-to-measure instructions. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us your measurements and we will recommend the best fit.

Do you offer custom sizing or made-to-order?

Select pieces, including our Áo Dài, can be made to your measurements. Made-to-order items are crafted specially for you and are final sale. Contact us before ordering to arrange custom sizing.

How should your pieces fit?

Our ready-to-wear is designed with a structured, tailored silhouette. Many pieces feature boning, lining or built-in shaping — if you prefer a relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up.

Shipping & Delivery

Why is there a shipping charge, and how much is it really?

Every piece ships in a rigid presentation box rather than a flat mailer. That choice costs us between USD 50 and USD 150 per parcel depending on where you are. We ask you for USD 20 to USD 60 and carry the rest.

On orders over USD 500 we cover the whole thing, anywhere in the world. Within Vietnam, shipping is free on every order with no minimum. Full breakdown on our Shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery within Vietnam takes 2–4 business days; international orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.

Will I pay import duties or taxes?

Product prices on our site include tax. Shipping and any import duty are calculated separately at checkout, according to the rules of your destination country, so you see the full amount before you pay. Import rules differ by country and can change; if a carrier ever requests an additional customs charge on arrival, keep the receipt and contact us and we will reimburse it.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it to your door.

Returns & Care

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags. Made-to-order, custom and final-sale pieces are not eligible. See Returns & Exchanges for full details.

How do I care for my Keira Tong pieces?

Care guidance is printed on each product page under Care, written for that specific fabric. As a rule, hand wash cold or dry clean, never soak or bleach, and hang flat to keep the shape. Pieces with beadwork or 3D florals should be stored flat or padded.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major international credit cards and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I order wholesale or for a showroom?

Yes. We work with select stockists, showrooms and buyers internationally. For wholesale and partnership enquiries, please contact us directly.
