Delivery & Inspection

Every Keira Tong piece is inspected by hand before it leaves our atelier. We encourage you to inspect your order on arrival — this protects you and helps us resolve any issue quickly.

Domestic orders (Vietnam)

• You may open and inspect the parcel with the courier before signing for it.
• Check the packaging for damage, and verify the colour, size, material and included components against your order.
• We recommend recording a short unboxing video as evidence.
• If anything is not right, ask the courier to note the condition on the spot and contact us immediately.

International orders

• Please record an unboxing video when you first open the parcel — this is required as evidence for any transit-damage claim.
• If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos and the unboxing video.

If you notice an issue after acceptance

You may still request a return within 7 days of delivery, or report a manufacturing fault within 3 days. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.
