Delivery & Inspection

Every Keira Tong piece is inspected by hand before it leaves our atelier. We encourage you to inspect your order on arrival — this protects you and helps us resolve any issue quickly.

Domestic orders (Vietnam)

• You may open and inspect the parcel with the courier before signing for it.
• Check the packaging for damage, and verify the colour, size, material and included components against your order.
• We recommend recording a short unboxing video as evidence.
• If anything is not right, ask the courier to note the condition on the spot and contact us immediately.

International orders

• Please record an unboxing video when you first open the parcel — this is required as evidence for any transit-damage claim.
• If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos and the unboxing video.

If you notice an issue after acceptance

You may still request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for manufacturing faults or items not matching their description. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.
