Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces, including bespoke Áo Dài, need 2–4 weeks before they ship.

Delivery times

Vietnam: 2–4 business days. Southeast Asia: 5–8. East Asia: 5–10. North America, Europe & UK: 7–14. Rest of world: 10–21 business days.

Rates

Free shipping on all orders within Vietnam. International shipping is calculated at checkout by destination, with complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over USD 500.

Duties & taxes

International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included at checkout.
