Shipping & Delivery
Processing. Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Rates.
- Vietnam: complimentary on all orders.
- International: complimentary worldwide on orders over USD 500. Below USD 500, shipping is calculated at checkout by destination (from USD 20 for Asia, USD 25 for Oceania, USD 50 for Europe and the Americas, and USD 60 for the rest of the world).
Delivery times (business days, after dispatch):
- Vietnam: 2–4
- Southeast Asia: 5–8
- East Asia (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea): 5–10
- North America, Europe & UK: 7–14
- Rest of world: 10–21
International orders ship fully tracked via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Customs clearance may occasionally extend delivery beyond these estimates.
Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). Every applicable duty, tax, and import fee is calculated and included in the total you pay at checkout, so the price you see is the final price and there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
In the rare event a carrier requests an additional customs charge when your parcel arrives, please keep the receipt and contact us at vuanhtu@aucouture.vn. We will reimburse it promptly.
Region-Specific Requirements
Some destinations require extra information for customs clearance. Please provide the relevant detail at checkout to avoid delays:
- United Kingdom: a valid EORI number if the shipping address is registered to a business.
- Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): a valid local phone number, with the full address written in English.
- South Korea: a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC).
- Brazil: a CPF (individuals) or CNPJ (businesses) number.
- Indonesia: an NPWP (Tax ID) for higher-value shipments.
