Returns & Exchanges

Every Keira Tong piece is inspected by hand before it leaves our atelier. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

14-day returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Sale items, gift cards and custom or made-to-measure pieces (including bespoke Áo Dài) are final sale.

How it works

1. Email vuanhtu@aucouture.vn within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
2. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back via a trackable courier. Return shipping is at your cost unless the issue is on us.
4. Refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your unboxing video — we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost. See Delivery & Inspection for how to document your parcel on arrival.

Exchanges

Because each piece is produced in limited runs, we don't offer direct exchanges — return for a refund and place a new order. Full details in our Refund Policy.
