Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the piece is:

  • unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
  • in original condition, free from makeup, marks, and odours;
  • with all original tags and packaging intact; and
  • not used for photography, social media, or any commercial or personal gain.

To start a return, email vuanhtu@aucouture.vn with your order number. Return shipping and any customs charges are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we refund the item cost to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days (it may take up to 30 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer). Original shipping and duties are non-refundable.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions above, or arrives damaged through mishandling, we reserve the right to decline the refund or apply a restoration fee at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original piece under the terms above and place a new order for the one you want. If you need the replacement quickly, we recommend ordering it right away; we will process the refund for the original once it reaches us and passes inspection.

Size Alteration

For a closer fit, we offer a size alteration service on selected in-stock pieces, adjusted to your measurements. This is an alteration on an existing garment, not a made-to-order or bespoke service. Because altered pieces are tailored specifically to you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Sale

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • pieces altered to your measurements;
  • discounted or sale items;
  • any custom or personalised order.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed, as they move into fulfilment immediately. Where statutory consumer rights apply in your country, they are covered by our Returns policy above.

Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your item arrives defective or faulty, contact us at vuanhtu@aucouture.vn within 3 days of delivery, with photos of the fault and a video of the unboxing. We will arrange a free return and a full refund for confirmed defects.
