All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.
We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious transactions.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Your order will be confirmed once the payment is successfully completed.
You will receive an order confirmation email. Please ensure you check your spam/junk folder as well.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 1 hour, please contact us for assistance.
Within a few hours after completing the payment, your order will be moved to processing status and updated in our system.
You can cancel your order before we begin processing it by going to Order History > Cancel Order.
We will send you a confirmation email if the cancellation request is eligible.
Once the order has been moved to processing status, it can no longer be canceled.
We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:
Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
A full unboxing video is required as proof for all return or exchange requests. Requests will be denied without a video, regardless of the reason.
Do not send items back before receiving our confirmation email — otherwise, we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
Please provide shipping details so we can track the returned/exchanged item.
We accept partial returns or exchanges if the items meet the conditions.
Shipping fees are covered by us only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items. In all other cases, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
We accept exchanges if:
You received a defective or incorrect item, or
You wish to exchange the item due to personal preference (e.g., size or style).
Only one exchange per item is allowed.
The item must meet all general conditions listed above.
Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal or higher value.
If the new item is of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.
4.3. Return Policy
We only accept returns if:
The product has a manufacturing defect, or
We shipped the wrong item.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
