Return request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects. An unboxing video is required as evidence for the return request. If no authentic video is provided, the return request will be denied, regardless of the reason.
Eligible return requests will be reviewed within 3 days.
A confirmation email will be sent if the return is approved. Do not return products without receiving our confirmation.
The shipping fee and any additional charges are excluded from the product's value and will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

A shipping code must be provided to track the return.
Packages must not be sent under the "Commercial Goods" category; select "Gift/Souvenir" instead to avoid customs taxes. If a customs fee is applied due to non-compliance, the fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Products purchased as part of a promotional program.
Products that are no longer in their original condition (e.g., tags removed, washed, used, damaged, have odors).
