Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Please ensure all shipping and contact information is accurate when placing an order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellations are not accepted for successfully paid orders.
EXCHANGE/RETURN – REFUND POLICY
We DO NOT support exchanges.
- Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product.
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects. An unboxing video is required as evidence. If no valid video is provided, the return request will be denied, regardless of the reason.
- Eligible return requests will be reviewed within 3 business days.
- If approved, we will send a confirmation email. Do not return products without receiving our confirmation.
- Shipping fees and additional charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
Note:
- A tracking number must be provided for return shipments.
- When returning items, do not select "Commercial Goods" as the category. Instead, choose "Gift/Souvenir" to avoid customs taxes. If customs fees apply due to non-compliance, the amount will be deducted from the refund.
CASES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN – REFUND
- Products purchased during promotional programs.
- Products that are no longer in original condition (e.g., tags removed, washed, used, damaged, or have odors).
- Sizing issues. Please carefully check the size chart or contact us via Instagram, Facebook, or email for sizing advice before placing your order.
- Incorrect shipping details (e.g., address, phone number). We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer. Please double-check before completing your order.
