Requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging intact.
An unboxing video is required. Requests without video will be denied.
Do not send anything back without our confirmation email.
Provide shipping details to help us track the return.
Partial returns/exchanges are accepted if items are eligible.
We only cover shipping fees for manufacturer’s faults or incorrect deliveries. Other cases: customer pays shipping.
We accept exchanges if:
You received a defective or incorrect item, or
You wish to exchange for personal reasons (e.g., size/style).
Conditions:
Only one exchange per item is allowed.
Item must meet all general conditions.
Exchange only to items of equal or higher value.
If the new item is of lower value, no refund for the difference.
We accept returns only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
