We work with trusted carriers such as DHL and EMS to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Pre-order processing time is stated on each product page.
Estimated shipping time:
Asia: 3–7 days
Europe / North America: 5–10 days
Other regions: 7–14 days
Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours after your package is handed over to the carrier.
The carrier will reattempt delivery up to 2 times within 5 business days, during working hours.
If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. In that case:
We will contact you via email to arrange redelivery.
Redelivery shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and non-refundable.
We offer free international shipping for orders over 200 USD. Not applicable to discounted items.
In most cases, import duties and customs fees are included in the shipping cost.
However, in certain countries, additional export taxes may apply at the receiving port.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance or other external, uncontrollable factors (e.g., weather, carrier issues, strikes).
We are committed to providing all necessary documents related to the goods during the shipping and delivery process. The important documents include:

The logistics service provider (such as the shipping company) is responsible for:
Providing Shipping Documents: Bill of Lading or other shipping documents to confirm the transportation of goods.
Delivery Confirmation: Provide a certificate of delivery to protect the interests of both parties.
The logistics service provider will ensure that the shipping documents are prepared and provided on time, assisting in the shipping and delivery process.

Upon Delivery: The logistics provider will supply documents confirming the successful delivery of goods.
After Delivery: We will receive the delivery documents and proceed with payment and accounting procedures.
